METHOD OF GUARANTEE
The Alpine Inn & Suites will require a valid credit card to guarantee a single room reservation or multiple room reservations. Please be advised the request for credit card details is to guarantee a hotel booking, which is a standard request the Alpine Inn & Suites asks of any travel agency, corporate entity or traveler. All hotel rooms booked with a valid credit card are guaranteed for late arrival. Any hotel rooms booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation.
All room rates are based on double occupancy every addition person over the age of 12 will be charged $10.00 cdn/night plus applicable taxes.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
The Hotel will authorize the credit card on the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Guest(s) have the option, upon check-in or out, to settle their hotel bill via credit card, debit card or cash. We currently accepts the following major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. If you choose to pay with cash or debit card, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees upfront. An extra $200.00 damage deposit per room is required and will be returned to you on your departure date. Please note that the card holder must be present at check-in to pay for the room. If the credit card holder is not present at check -in we require a credit card authorization form along with a photo copy of the driver’s license and credit card to be filled and sent back to us prior to the guest checking in.
If you need to change the date of arrival, please contact the Alpine Inn & Suites by no later than 48-hours prior to the booked date of arrival. If you need to change the date of departure, please advise the Alpine Inn & Suites by no later than 48-hours prior to the booked date of departure. For changes in the room category, room requirement(s), and/or other, please advise the Alpine Inn & Suites as soon as possible.
Check-in time is any time after 4 PM (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier the we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification. The Alpine Inn & Suites will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, adjoining rooms, crib, etc.) upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10.30 pm the day before of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. (a $200.00 fine will be applied for smoking in a non-smoking room.) Smoking is allowed in designated “smoking” areas of the hotel.
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
Children under the age of 12 stay free in same room as parents or legal guardian using existing beds.
A fee of $20.00 cdn/night plus applicable taxes applies to guests for each dog. We do not allow cats or exotic animals.“Service animals” are free of charge with proper documentation. Although dogs are allowed, there are some rules:
- Pets must be declared at check-in.
- Please don’t leave your dog alone in your room or car parked at the Inn.
- Please don’t let your dog stay on beds, or other furniture.
- Please do not use any bedding for your dog to lie on.
- Please only exercise your dog in designated areas.
- Please pick up after your dog.
Parking is available free of charge during your stay at our hotel.
