The Alpine Inn & Suites is proudly a dog-friendly accommodation.

Bring your dog hiking or to one of the off-leash dog parks on the lake.

There are a number of off leash trails and swimming areas designated for dog owners including the off-leash dog park on the lake. The parking at the Prestige Inn is a paid parking lot. The only people not on “Kootenay Time” around here are the city parking enforcement officers. Free parking is available on the south side of the airstrip.

There are two other beautiful off leash dog-beaches are within 15 minutes from our Inn if you’re looking for a longer walk. Please ask for directions at our front desk.
